Over the past year Skream has transitioned from his signature dubstep roots into the sounds of house and disco, making the transformation official with a tweet to fans back in March. Trading in dark drum kicks and rattling bass plugs for glittering jazz-oriented synths and deep house chords, Skream has proven his production skills venture much further than his dubstep beginnings. Marking the change with house remixes of Rudimental and Duke Demont before unveiling his own original house productions, Skream revealed his disco-house debut “Rollercoaster” on the 2013 All Gone Pete Tong compilation, before the official release on Rinse Records.

“Rollercoaster” received official reworks from Jimmy Edgar, Route 94 and Hrdvsion earlier this year and now the French house producer Dimitri From Paris is taking it for another spin. Dimitri, who is already known for his disco vibes, adds even more bouncy funk while incorporating thicker bass line on his rendition. Extending the track by almost two minutes, the seasoned house producer revives “Rollercoaster” once again.
